Fill in your details, drop in a headshot, copy, paste. Plain HTML, two small images, no tracking. It lands.

Add it to Gmail
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Gmail → Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.
  3. Paste into the box (Ctrl/Cmd+V). Set it as default for new emails and replies. Save.
Outlook, Superhuman, HubSpot, others
  1. Outlook (web/new): Settings → Accounts → Signatures → paste with Copy signature.
  2. Superhuman: Settings → Signatures → paste.
  3. Apple Mail: Paste into Settings → Signatures, then untick "Always match my default message font".
  4. Anything with an HTML box (HubSpot, Apollo, Front): use Copy HTML.
Why it's built this way
  1. Table layout + inline styles, system fonts (Helvetica/Arial) — renders identically in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail.
  2. Only two images (your photo, the logo), both tiny and hosted on our own domain. Gmail blocks pasted/base64 images; hosted is what works.
  3. No tracking pixels, no social icon grid, no giant banners — fewer links and less HTML means better inbox placement.
